Mistrial declared in murder case over hung jury

~~<p>A state judge declared a mistrial Tuesday in the trial of two men accused of gunning down and killing Joseph Peneueta in the middle of a Chinatown street three years ago, after the jurors told the judge they were deadlocked on all charges.</p>
<p>Iosefa Pasene, 24, and his cousin Zorro Rye, 27, were on trial for murder and firearm charges related to Peneueta's death on March 28, 2009. Pasene was also on trial for terroristic threatening.</p>
