Matson again decreases its fuel surcharge

~~<p>Hawaii ocean cargo carrier Matson Inc. will dial down its fuel surcharge next week for the second time in as many months.</p>
<p>The move announced Tuesday will cut the surcharge by 3 percentage points to 39 percent from 42 percent for Hawaii service effective Sunday, and drop the fee to its lowest level since April 2011 when the rate was 35 percent.</p>
