Pau&shy;ahi St. will soon be home to HASR Bistro, once <a span="" style="color: #0000ff;" href="http://www.hasrwineco.com/home" target="_blank">HASR Wine Co.</a> completes its expansion.</p>
<p>It will be business No. 3 for Terry Kakazu.</p>
