~~<p>Soon after returning from Washington, D.C., on Friday, U.S. Rep. Mazie Hirono stopped by the corner of Moanalua Road and Hoolaulea Street in Pearl City for sign waving before speaking to an evening rally at Highlands Intermediate School.</p>
