<p>&raquo; The Star-Advertiser reported that Gov. Neil Abercrombie's job approval rating &quot;jumped&quot; from 39 percent in February to 43 percent in its latest poll. This qualifies as a jump only for a guy with Papa Smurf's legs.</p>
