'Access to Justice Room' set up to aid the lawyerless in civil cases

~~<p>Residents who represent themselves in civil cases will be able to get free help from a volunteer lawyer at Hono&shy;lulu District Court starting this month.</p>
<p>The &quot;Access to Justice Room&quot; will officially open today and provide people with short-term legal advice on matters that include landlord-tenant cases, collection cases and temporary restraining order cases involving nonfamily members and people who are not and have not been in a dating relationship, the state Judiciary announced Thursday.</p>
