Frustrated HECO callers urged to seek help online

~~<p><strong>Question</strong>: What's going on with HECO? Its customer service line is busy all day long and was that way all week long. I called another number about getting a new electric meter and was placed on hold for two hours, 45 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>Answer</strong>: It's the same problem Hawaiian Electric Co. was having in June, after it installed a new computer billing system (<a href="http://is.gd/pNt3Fb" target="_blank">is.gd/pNt3Fb</a>).</p>
