Employers must be open to people with disabilities

<p>The World Health Organization estimates the number of those with disabilities to be 1 billion worldwide. Among workers with disabilities, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that last year only 17 percent who wanted to be employed had a job. Hawaii is in line with the rest of the country.</p>
