~~<p>A previously healthy 16-month-old boy being cared for by his Hawaii-based Marine Corps father is now inexplicably dead.</p>
<p>That Marine, an Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran, has post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury and now is missing as a deserter after his son died, officials said.</p>
