Problem with hardware has captions go haywire

~~<p><strong>Question:</strong> Can you find out why Channel 12, in televising last weekend's UH Wahine volleyball games, used an undecipherable (to me) form of closed captioning in a couple of sets?</p>
<p><strong>Answer:</strong> We're told that engineers in the transmissions department at OCSports were aware of the problem and working on resolving it for this weekend's volleyball matches, which are shown on Oceanic Time Warner channels 16 and HD1016. (More on that later.)</p>
