Former Honolulu police officer Richard Raquino pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court Wednesday afternoon to lying to the FBI when agents asked him if he had revealed the identity of an undercover police officer.
Raquino, 41, pleaded guilty to three counts of making false statements to government agents. He faces up to five years in prison on each count when he is sentenced in January. Login for more...
