~~<p>The city will unveil draft proposals for transit-oriented development along the planned rail line in Kalihi and downtown Hono&shy;lulu in public workshops today and Wednesday.</p>
<p>The plans envision significant changes in both communities, including water- front promenades along Nuuanu Stream and Hono&shy;lulu Harbor. The Kalihi plan envisions redevelopment of the Oahu Community Correctional Center site.</p>
