~~<p>A 20-foot white and blue fiberglass fishing skiff brought to shore Friday is the second confirmed piece of Japanese tsunami debris to be found in and around the Hawaiian Islands, officials said.</p>
<p>The crew of the 90-foot tuna longliner Zephyr found the skiff capsized about 800 miles northeast of Maui, hauled it aboard, cleaned it of gooseneck barnacles and crabs, and displayed it at Pier 38.</p>
