Bridge will open weekday afternoons to drivers going north from Wahiawa

~~<p>Beginning Monday, the Haleiwa-bound lane of Karsten Thot Bridge in Wahiawa will be open for afternoon rush-hour traffic as major repairs continue.</p>
<p>The Department of Transportation made the announcement Wednesday, saying the northbound lane of traffic across the bridge will be open from 3 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.</p>
