Off-Street Parking Program Nears Completion as Sixth Lot Opened

~~<p>After about 10 years, the City has nearly completed the last link in a $2.8 million program to provide off-street parking in downtown Honolulu.</p>
<p>The sixth municipal lot, the old Von Hamm-Young Garage adjoining the Y.W.C.A. on Richards Street, was opened at 7:30 a.m. yesterday. It will close at 6 p.m. daily except Sundays and holidays.</p>
