&gt;&gt; Notre Dame senior linebacker <strong>Manti Te&rsquo;o </strong>(Punahou &rsquo;09) made 11 tackles, and Robby Toma (Punahou &rsquo;09) had a 5-yard reception in a 20-13 overtime victory over Stanford on Saturday.<br />

&gt;&gt; Boise State safety <strong>Jeremy Ioane</strong> (Punahou &rsquo;10) made seven tackles and broke up a pass in a 20-10 win over Fresno State on Saturday.<br />

&gt;&gt; Oregon State defensive tackle <strong>Castro</strong> <strong>Masaniai</strong> (Waipahu &rsquo;07) had three tackles, including one for loss, and half a sack in a 42-24 win over Brigham Young on Saturday. Cougars tight end <strong>Kaneakua</strong> <strong>Friel</strong> (Kamehameha &rsquo;07) had three catches for 18 yards. <br />

&gt;&gt; Duquesne running back <strong>Ryan Ho</strong> (Kamehameha &rsquo;10) rushed for 78 yards on 19 carries and a touchdown and caught an 18-yard touchdown pass in a 38-31 loss to Central Connecticut on Saturday.<br />

&gt;&gt; Western Oregon quarterback <strong>Cody vonAppen</strong> (Kalaheo &rsquo;08) was 16-for-27 for 424 yards and four touchdowns and led the Wolves to a school-record 696 total yards in a 66-20 win over Dixie State on Saturday. Sophomore <strong>Trey Shimabukuro</strong> (Kauai &rsquo;11) threw a 22-yard touchdown pass and receiver <strong>Lucas Gonsalves</strong> (Saint Louis &rsquo;09) had three catches for 25 yards and returned four kickoffs for 74 yards.<br />

&gt;&gt; Chapman (Calif.) receiver<strong> Kali&lsquo;i Kunitomo</strong> (Konawaena &rsquo;09) had seven catches for 123 yards and two touchdowns, and <strong>Chase Tamashiro </strong>(Punahou &rsquo;12) assisted on a tackle in a 44-28 win over Occidental (Calif.) on Saturday. Tigers senior <strong>Casey Shibuya</strong> (Punahou &rsquo;09) had six tackles, including half a sack.<br />

&gt;&gt; Cornell (Iowa) College linebacker <strong>Geoffrey Miller </strong>(Punahou &rsquo;10) had 10 tackles in a 42-38 win over Knox (Ill.) College on Saturday. Miller ranks second in the Midwest Conference with 71 tackles.<br />

&gt;&gt; Southern Oregon senior <strong>Justin Otaguro </strong>(Roosevelt &rsquo;08) had four catches for 50 yards in a 65-34 win over Montana State-Northern on Saturday.<br />

WOMEN&rsquo;S VOLLEYBALL</strong><br />

&gt;&gt; Siena (N.Y.) junior<strong> Taylor Akana </strong>(Kamehameha &rsquo;10) was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference player of the week on Monday in leading the Saints to wins over Loyola and Rider. Akana had 22 kills and no errors in 39 swings with 11 digs against the Greyhounds and recorded her 13th double-double with 10 kills and 14 digs in the win over Rider.<br />

&gt;&gt; Washington (Mo.) senior <strong>Kelly Pang </strong>(&lsquo;Iolani &rsquo;09) was named the University Athletic Association defensive athlete of the week on Monday for the fifth time this season. Pang led the Bears to a 3-1 record at the second UAA Round Robin and recorded 47 digs in a five-set loss to Chicago on Saturday, breaking a single-match school record she previously held. She averaged 7.47 digs per match and tallied six assists and four aces.<br />

&gt;&gt; New Haven (Conn.) sophomore<strong> Kaulana Ane</strong> (Kamehameha-Maui &rsquo;11) was named the Northeast-10 women&rsquo;s volleyball rookie of the week last Wednesday. Ane averaged 11.2 assists and 2.2 digs per set in three wins, hitting .310 with 1.40 kills per set.<br />

&gt;&gt; Washington State junior<strong> Maile Scarpino</strong> (&lsquo;Iolani &rsquo;09) had 11 digs and an assist in a four-set loss to Oregon State on Sunday.<br />

&gt;&gt; San Diego junior <strong>C&rsquo;era Oliveira </strong>(Hawaii Baptist &rsquo;10) had a team-high 11 digs and two assists in a three-set sweep of Loyola Marymount on Saturday.<br />

&gt;&gt; St. John&rsquo;s freshman <strong>Shawna-Lei Santos</strong> (Sacred Hearts &rsquo;12) had 10 digs, four kills and two aces in a four-set loss to Cincinnati on Sunday.<br />

&gt;&gt; Nevada senior <strong>Kelly</strong> <strong>Chang</strong> (Hawaii Baptist &rsquo;09) had 11 digs, four assists and two aces, and <strong>Elissa Ji </strong>(Maryknoll &rsquo;09) hit .500 with five kills, eight digs, a block assist and an ace in a five-set loss to Boise State on Saturday.</p>

&gt;&gt; Linfield (Ore.) sophomore outside <strong>Kailana Ritte-Camara</strong> (Molokai &rsquo;11) had a match-high 14 kills, 10 digs and three block assists and<strong> Leimomi Hookano</strong> (Sacred Hearts &rsquo;11) hit .273 with 13 kills in a four-set win over Lewis &amp; Clark on Saturday. Freshman <strong>Courtney Uyeda</strong> (Moanalua &rsquo;12) had a match-high 26 digs and <strong>Christine Fujiki </strong>(Sacred Hearts &rsquo;10) had four digs and two aces for the Wildcats, while senior <strong>Leia Matsunaga </strong>(Kamehameha &rsquo;09) had 17 assists, 12 digs, two block assists and two kills and <strong>Brigitte Russo</strong> (Punahou &rsquo;11) finished with five kills, three digs and two block assists for the Pioneers.<br />

&gt;&gt; Claremont-Mudd-Scripps freshman setter <strong>Tanner Hoke</strong> (Punahou &rsquo;12) finished with 62 assists and 21 digs in two matches, helping CMS finish 1-1 in the Colorado College Invitational tournament over the weekend.<br />

College junior middle <strong>Juliana Behrens</strong> (Punahou &rsquo;10) hit .379 with a match-high 16 kills and three blocks, and sophomore outside <strong>Malia McGuinness </strong>(Maryknoll &rsquo;11) had 11 kills, eight digs and two aces in a win over Saint Peter&rsquo;s on Saturday.<br />
