Developers reveal rival proposals for residential project in Kakaako

~~<p>A state agency has decided to give the public an early look at tentative proposals from two developers competing to build a 650-foot residential tower in Kakaako that would soar above Honolulu's tallest existing buildings.</p>
<p>The Hawaii Community Development Authority asked developers Lend Lease and Forest City Enterprises Inc. to post limited elements of their proposals online at <a href="http://hcda-public-consultation.org" target="_blank">hcda-public-consultation.org</a>.</p>
