<p>A 29-year-old Waialua man was charged with first-degree negligent homicide Tuesday for allegedly crashing into a Jeep that was in a line of cars waiting for a North Shore road to reopen following Saturday's tsunami warning. The fiery crash killed the Jeep's driver.</p>
