Attorney Michael Green joins family acting tradition

~~<p>Who does &quot;Hawaii Five-0&quot; call when it needs a lawyer? <strong>Michael Green</strong>, that's who. But the high-profile attorney is not called for legal services; Mike is called to play a lawyer on the show. He will make his second appearance in the series in late November. His daughter <strong>Liana Green Wright</strong> also has appeared on the CBS series, shown at 9 p.m. Mondays on KGMB. Acting is a family thing for the Greens. Mike's wife, <strong>Estelle</strong>, had roles in four pictures filmed here: &quot;Hawaii,&quot; &quot;Gidget Goes Hawaiian&quot; and Elvis' &quot;Blue Hawaii&quot; and &quot;Paradise, Hawaiian Style.&quot; She also appeared in the original &quot;Five-0.&quot; The Greens' son, <strong>Ariston Green</strong>, was in nine &quot;Lost&quot; episodes. Another Green daughter, <strong>Lani Jennings</strong>, appears regularly as the fruit stand owner in &quot;Last Resort,&quot; shown at 7 p.m. Thursdays on KITV. &hellip;</p>
<p>ARRIVING IN town from Vegas for the <strong>Alfred Shaheen</strong> fashion exhibit, which runs Nov. 10-Feb. 4 at Bishop Museum, is <strong>Mirriam Olds</strong>, whose grandparents <strong>Mary</strong> and <strong>George Shaheen</strong> started the business in the late 1930s as Shaheen's of Hono&shy;lulu. Their son, Alfred, developed the business into the success it became, she said. A fashion show will be presented Nov. 17. Mirriam said <strong>Beverly Noa</strong> was the first Shaheen model and will be an honored guest. &hellip; It was a busy checkout line at City Mill in Iwilei, so <strong>Steven Ai</strong> stopped at the cashiers' counter to assist. He was approached by a customer with a question and left the cash registers to walk the woman to the shelves that held what she was seeking. Cashier <strong>May Koba&shy;shi&shy;gawa </strong>said the company president and CEO always steps in when help is needed. &quot;That's the way he is.&quot; &hellip;</p>
