~~<p>Hawaii County Mayor Billy Kenoi won re-election by a hair Tuesday, defeating retired two-term Mayor Harry Kim in a close race.</p>
<p>Despite the incumbent having spent $600,000 to Kim&rsquo;s $20,000, Kenoi won by a mere 1,457 votes.</p>
