Bill 72 (2012), introduced by East Honolulu Councilman Stanley Chang, would ban smoking at Kapiolani Park, including its beach park, the beach side of Ala Moana Regional Park, Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Beach Park and Kuhio Beach Park. Login for more...
