Isle firms cash in on Monday's online spending

Local stores report doing huge business via their websites compared with 2011

<p>Hilo Hattie said its eCommerce business climbed 15 percent as of 3 p.m. Monday, compared with the entire day last year. The company was projecting Monday's online sales to be at least 20 percent to 30 percent higher than last year.</p>
