Teachers ‘work to rule’ in push for contract deal

~~<p>Hundreds of teachers from 51 public schools statewide participated in grass-roots “work to rule” protests Thursday to call for a resolution to a labor dispute entering its 17th month.</p>
<p>At Farrington High more than 50 teachers, students and community members went out after school to hold signs that read, “I (heart) teachers” and “Honk if you love teachers.”</p>
