Tech summit aims to create environment to share ideas

~~<p>Trying to turn around the operations of state government, especially when it occupies such a large sector of the workforce, is a gargantuan task. And if the thousands of state employees are working at cross purposes, the difficult becomes impossible.</p>
<p>It&rsquo;s with the aim of getting everyone on board with the information technology transformation program that many of these employees will congregate Dec. 11 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The Office of Information Management and Technology is planning a day-long Hawaii Digital Government Summit.</p>
