<p>&raquo; President Barack Obama and family will take their annual Hawaii vacation between Dec. 17 and Jan. 6, presuming he doesn't fall off the fiscal cliff. The first visit was to decide if he wanted to run for president; this time, it's to remind himself why he wanted to keep the job.</p>
