~~<p>Former NFL All-Pro center Olin Kreutz and soccer Olympian Natasha Kai have been named to the Hawaii Sports Hall of Fame.</p>
<p>They are scheduled to be inducted as the class of 2013 in ceremonies at the Honolulu Country Club on May 7.</p>
