HPD website now allows detectives to post case details for public's help

~~<p>The Honolulu Police Department is upgrading its website, reconstructing it to include an area where HPD detectives can seek the public's help locating suspects by publishing photos, video or other information related to their cases.</p>
<p>The feature is &quot;in an assessment phase,&quot; said Capt. Andrew Lum, HPD spokes&shy;man. A formal introduction is expected in February.</p>
