Applicants are sought for Kapolei affordable rental units

~~<p>Applications are now being accepted for Ko&lsquo;o&shy;loa&shy;&lsquo;ula apartments, a $35.4 million affordable rental community in East Kapo&shy;lei which is expected to be ready for occupancy in March.</p>
<p>The Mutual Housing Association of Hawaii said its initial phase of 120 apartments is under construction. The project is a collaborative effort between the public and private sector.</p>
