Arlette Moana Lahela Rittmeister Adams, 76, of Honolulu, a telecommunications operator, died in Honolulu. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by sons Kimberlay Lee Soon, and Dietrick and Frederick Adams; daughter BJ Hokoana; brother William Rittmeister; sister Peaches Cullen; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Inurnment: 2 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. No flowers.</p>

Virginio Correa &quot;Gene&quot; Aguiar Jr., 70, of Ninole, Hawaii, owner of American Pacific Inc.-International, Agee Inc. and A&amp;A Trucking, died in Portland, Ore. He was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Phyllis; sons Shawn and Kevin; daughters Linnea and Andrea Aguiar, and Aletia Brown; sister Miriam; 19 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Papaikou, Hawaii. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire.</p>
