Home, condo sales rise on Valley Isle

~~<p>November sales and prices for Maui&rsquo;s single-family houses and condominiums rose from the same month a year ago, according to a report Monday by the Realtors Association of Maui.</p>
<p>Single-family home sales rose 10.5 percent from November 2011 to 84, and the median price rose to $467,500, a 10.7 percent gain from the previous year.</p>
