She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by father Paul Ke-ola Adkins; mother Janelle S.K. Kupukaa; brothers Ikaika Kupukaa, Kawika Tautala-Kupukaa and Poki'i Adkins-Kupukaa; sister Lokihana; and grandparents Joseph and Janis Kupukaa. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.</p>

Janet Hiroko Akamine, 71, of Honolulu, a retired Realtor at Shirley Onishi Realty, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband William S. &quot;Willie,&quot; son William S. &quot;Bill,&quot; mother Matsuko Nagafuchi, brother Michael Nagafuchi and sister Lorraine Nagafuchi. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Inurnment: 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park. No flowers. No monetary offerings.</p>
