~~<p>Honolulu Fire Department investigators suspect a construction trash bin fire that scorched the exterior of the Moana Surfrider hotel early Wednesday morning was intentionally set.</p>
<p>Arson investigations were initiated both by the Honolulu Police Department and the Honolulu Fire Department.</p>
