Panera Bread unavailable but isle bakery-cafes await

The restaurant also serves soup in bread bowls, as did the late, lamented Chowder House, established by the Wong family at Ward Warehouse.</p>
<p>Panera Bread has been registered to do business in Hawaii since 2004, indicating that its purpose is to own and operate bakery cafes and fresh dough facilities.</p>
