~~<p>The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded <strong>Michaels Development Co.</strong> of New Jersey $300,000 to promote grass-roots efforts to revitalize Kuhio Park Terrace.</p>
<p>Michaels Development is one of the 17 organizations nationwide receiving a Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant, which provides funding to help develop community-driven plans to revitalize public or other HUD-assisted housing.</p>
