Combined ceremony will install Council and mayor

~~<p>Mayor-elect Kirk Caldwell and the newly elected members of the City Council are to be sworn in during a joint ceremony Jan. 2 at the Mission Memorial Auditorium.</p>
<p>Associate Hawaii Supreme Court Judge Sabri&shy;na Shizue McKenna will administer the oath of office to Caldwell. Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald will swear in the new Council members, the mayor's office said Monday in a news release.</p>
