<p>Elvis Presley&rsquo;s name is inextricably linked to the islands thanks to the 1961 film &ldquo;Blue Hawaii&rdquo; and his landmark &ldquo;Aloha from Hawaii&rdquo; concert on Jan. 14, 1973, that was broadcast via satellite around the globe.</p>
