Domestic violence groups earn $15,000 in Verizon grants

~~<p>Verizon Wireless is giving HopeLine 2012 grants totaling $15,000 to two local domestic violence groups.</p>
<p>Recipients are the Joyful Heart Foundation, which will use the money for staffing and supplies for Kukui Center Wellness Day in Kona, and the Domestic Violence Action Center in Hono&shy;lulu, for production support and event sponsorship for &quot;Anatomy of a Survivor's Journey,&quot; a photo and voice exhibition documenting survivors' experience of healing.</p>
