Condo prices jump, but not so for homes

~~<p>Oahu's housing market ended 2012 with a bang and a dud in December.</p>
<p>The bang was a 17.5 percent increase in the condominium median sale price to $335,000 last month from $285,000 a year earlier. The gain was the biggest for any month last year, and the median price was just shy of the $337,300 record for any month set in May 2008.</p>
