<p>Plato's Closet sells new or gently used apparel, shoes and accessories at up to 70 percent off retail prices. While its target audience is teens and 20-somethings, it is likely to draw bargain-seekers from all demographics to its store at 1161 S. Beretania St. at Piikoi.</p>
