~~<p>Army Staff Sgt. Jarrett Razon of Mililani is back on his feet, just months after he was severely wounded in a blast from an improvised explosive device in Afghan&shy;istan.</p>
<p>The 2001 Star-Bulletin all-state soccer player of the year at Mililani High School, Razon, 29, said, &quot;My goal is to play soccer again, at least get back on the field. Eventually, I just want to do all the things I used to do.&quot;</p>
