A sexual assault convict is suspected of murdering a man who disappeared

~~<p>A 30-year-old Puna man who served time for sexually assaulting a high-profile victims rights advocate has been charged in connection with the disappearance of 44-year-old Hawaiian Acres resident Dante Gilman.</p>
<p>Claude Keoni Krause of Kurtistown was arrested on Thursday. He was charged on Saturday with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, second-degree theft, two counts of possession of a firearm prohibited, and the use of a firearm in the commission of a separate felony. He remains in police custody with no bail pending his initial court appearance.</p>
