<p>Carissa McBride had 21 points and 14 rebounds, including the go-ahead free throw with 14.4 seconds left, as No. 7 Leilehua shocked No. 3 Mililani 58-55 in double overtime to capture the Oahu Interscholastic Association Red Conference championship for the first time since the league began playing girls hoops in 1977.</p>
