~~<p>Bryson Quackenbush scored a game-high 18 points as Roosevelt defeated Kalani 53-47 in an Oahu Interscholastic Association Red East boys basketball game Monday.</p>
<p>Quackenbush and Isaiah Visoria went 4-for-4 from the free-throw line down the stretch to help the Rough Riders (5-6) hold off the Falcons and clinch the sixth and final berth in the OIA tournament.</p>
