~~<p>The Pearl City boys soccer team might not have many advantages when it plays ILH champion Punahou today, but it can probably count penalty kicks as one of the few.</p>
<p>The Chargers made 10 penalty kicks in a shootout to beat King Kekaulike 1-0 in the first round of the Outrigger Hotels and Resorts/HHSAA Boys Soccer State Championships at Waipio Peninsula Soccer Park on Wednesday.</p>
