Hilo man charged with murder in shooting at bay front

~~<p>Hawaii County police on Thursday charged a Hilo man with murder in connection with a shooting at the Hilo bay front in December.</p>
<p>Mark A. Whyne, 55, who has no permanent address, was charged with second-degree murder and five firearm counts. He was being held without bail and is scheduled to appear in court today.</p>
