How about a bill to limit legislative bills?
A depressing factoid gleaned from Friday's "Name in the News" interview with veteran lobbyist John Radcliffe was that "Hawaii is one legislature that puts in more bills each year than virtually any other in the country." That would be about 3,000 a year on average, or about 40 per legislator. That's an awful lot of bills and, unfortunately, many of them are simply time-wasters. Login for more...
