HPD updates district commander lineup
The shuffle replaces six of eight leaders and includes newly promoted majors

~~<p>The updated roster of commanders for the Hono­lulu Police Department's eight patrol districts is complete following promotions announced Wednesday by Police Chief Louis Kea­loha.</p>
<p>Six of the eight patrol districts are getting, or recently received, new commanders due largely to shuffling caused by retirements among veteran majors on the force. Three of the new commanders are newly promoted Majs. Lester Hite, Cary Oki­moto and Roy Sugi­moto.</p>
