Outrigger's Leong gets nod as city corporation counsel

~~<p>Donna Leong, chief legal officer for the Outrigger hotel chain, has been nominated by Mayor Kirk Caldwell to be the city's top civil attorney.</p>
<p>Leong was a partner in the law firm Cades Schutte LLP before joining Outrigger Enterprises in May 2006. Born and raised in Hono&shy;lulu, Leong received her law degree from the University of Washington and her undergraduate degree from Stanford University.</p>
