<p>On March 19, the city Department of Planning and Permitting is scheduled to make an important decision about whether to allow the 350-foot tower planned at 2121 Kuhio in Waikiki to be built with a wide, Diamond Head-Ewa orientation with only ocean-facing units, or to require a narrower mauka-makai design.</p>
