Eagles singer Frey to play Maui show

~~<p>Glenn Frey, a founding member of the Eagles and a successful solo artist with hits that include &quot;The Heat Is On,&quot; &quot;You Belong to the City&quot; and &quot;Smuggler's Blues,&quot; will perform a single show in Hawaii, May 4 at the Maui Arts &amp; Cultural Center in Kahu&shy;lui.</p>
<p>Frey wrote and sang lead on many of the Eagles' biggest hits during the group's long run as rock superstars in the 1970s. The Eagles brought their &quot;Hotel California&quot; tour to Blaisdell Arena in 1976 and, after a 1980 breakup and reuniting in 1994, they played Aloha Stadium in 1995. The band returned to Hawaii in 2005 for three shows at the arena.</p>
